The 178 photos below were taken by Stefan Martin at his marshal station at the lowest elevation of the course near the service road about 0.8 miles from the start of the course.
The filenames of Stefan’s photos show the date and time a photo was taken so interested participants can estimate their elapsed time to his station by calculating the difference from the 10:30 start of the event.

The Race is ON!
Join us for the 19th Sandia Snowshoe Classic on the Sandia Mountain Crest.
Race starts at 10am. We will have refreshments, giveaways and cash prizes for the top runners!

FOSM was excited to host this race again in 2022 after COVID and other factors forced cancellation of the 2021 event. A committee consisting of Mike Madden, Steve Roholt, Silke Bletzer, Sim Cook and Jeff Young is planning the upcoming race. See the following pages for more details about this and past years’ events.
