There are two options for registration. For those that prefer pen and paper, you can download a registration form, fill a form out for each camper, then mail the form(s) with your check. For those who prefer electronic transactions, you can fill in the form at the bottom of this page.

Fill in the form at the bottom of this page to pay with a PayPal account or credit card. After clicking the Submit button, you will be transferred to the PayPal site where you can select the desired payment option as shown below.
After completion of the transaction, you should receive receipts from both PayPal and FOSM.
